Edaa impleents capital hike on Bank AlJazira

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) applied the increase in the number of securities for Bank AlJazira to the accounts of eligible shareholders today, May 1, 2025.

 

According to data available with Argaam, Bank AlJazira’s shareholders recently approved the board of directors' recommendation to increase the bank’s capital by 25% via a 1-for-4 bonus issue, by capitalizing SAR 2.56 billion.
