Keir to disclose 2024 annual results within one month

Keir International Co. will publish its annual financial results for the year ended Dec. 31, 2024, within a month, the company said in a statement to Tadawul today, May 1.

Management continues to work intensively in coordination with the external auditor and the audit committee to complete the tasks, the statement added.

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, Keir announced in March its inability to publish financial results for the year ended Dec. 31, 2024, within the initial deadline.
