The contract spans seven years, including a 4.2-month preparation phase, the company said in a statement to Tadawul. It operates under a model involving annual lease payments.

The contract includes 15 billboards: eight on King Abdulaziz Road, four on vacant land overlooking the waterfront, and three on Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Road (Tahlia Street).

Al Arabia explained that the financial impact will be reflected in the fourth quarter of 2025, noting that there are no related parties involved.

In line with Al Arabia’s strategy, this contract supports ongoing efforts to expand advertising operations across the Kingdom. The company aims to adopt the latest advanced technologies to enhance the effectiveness and quality of its services.

Faden Media seeks to expand its billboard network and introduce new technologies and marketing solutions in the digital advertising sector, particularly in Jeddah. This, in turn, will help diversify and target new advertiser segments, build brand awareness, and strengthen market impact.
