Zain KSA names Abdullah Al-Faris as Chairman

Zain KSA's Acting CEO, Abdullah Al-Faris

Mobile Telecommunication Company Saudi Arabia (Zain KSA) said that its board of directors appointed on May 4 Abdullah Al-Faris as Chairman and Bader Al-Kharafi as Vice Chairman for the new four-year term ending in 2029.

 

The board also approved the audit committee, composed of Talal Said Al Mamari, Ossama Michel Matta, and Umar Al Mahmoud.

 

The nominations and remuneration committee comprised three members: Bader Nasser Al-Kharafi, Kamil Hilali, and Zeyad H. Alhazmi.

 

Mohammed Alkhudair was appointed as secretary of the board of directors.

 

In addition, representatives were appointed for all matters related to the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the Saudi Exchange, and the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa).
