Alqemam inks SAR 3M contract for digital transformation in Hail Province

Alqemam for Computer Systems Co. signed today, May 6, a project contract worth SAR 2.99 million (VAT inclusive) with the Emirate of Hail Province, according to a statement to Tadawul.
 

The 24-month contract entails the provision of advisory services to fulfill the requirements of the government’s updated "Digital Transformation Basic Standards", for a two-year period.

The relevant financial impact will be reflected in H2 2025. There are no related parties involved in the deal.

 

The company received the award letter on April 14, the final contract copy was received today, the statement added.

 

According to data available with Argaam, last April, Alqemam won a project worth SAR 2.99 million (VAT inclusive) by the Emirate of Hail Province.
