Arab Sea appoints Abdullah Al Hawas as Chairman

Arab Sea Information Systems Co.’s board of directors decided, on May 6, appointing board member Abdullah Al Hawas, an independent member, as the Chairman.

According to a statement on Tadawul, the company said the appointment is effective immediately and will remain in place until the end of the current board term on Sept. 16, 2026.

 

According to data available with Argaam, the company had announced in last January the passing of its former Chairman, Mohammad Al-Suhaibani— may he rest in peace.
