Under the contract addendum, Twareat will operate seven additional JHAH clinics, providing nurses, paramedics, and ambulance drivers across Eastern Province.
According to the company, the signing is expected to support profitability and improve its financial position. If Johns Hopkins brought its clinics into full operation during the aforementioned period, the related financial impact will begin to materialize as of Q2 2025.
Twareat also noted that there are no related parties to the contract.
The original contract was signed on Jan. 1, 2021, valid for five years until Dec. 31, 2025, covering the operation of 31 medical clinics, at an annual yield of SAR 44.04 million (excluding VAT). Today’s addendum added seven more medical clinics to the list, bringing the total count to 38, according to the statement.
