Retail investors started today, May 12, subscribing to 2.4 million shares of United Carton Industries Co. (UCIC) at SAR 50 apiece, set via the book-building process.
 
The company previously announced plans to float 12 million shares to the public, representing 30% of its capital, at a nominal value of SAR 10.
Receiving entities for retail investors are Derayah Financial, Al Rajhi Capital, SNB Capital, Riyad Capital, Albilad Investment, AlJazira Capital, Alistithmar Capital, Alinma Investment, Yaqeen Capital, Alkhabeer Capital, SAB Invest, Sahm Capital, GIB Capital, and BSF Capital.
