Saudi Ground Services Co.’s board of directors approved today, May 12, the appointment of Khalid Gassim Albuainain, an independent member, as Chairman and Omar Abdullah Jefri, a non-executive member, as Vice Chairman.

The board also formed its audit committee, executive committee, the renumeration and nomination committee and the risk management committee, the company said, in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The company said that the board of directors appointed the board secretary, as well as its representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and to the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), for all purposes related to the implementation of the Capital Market Law and its implementing regulations.
