Makkah Construction and Development Co.’s (MCDC) board of directors accepted the request of Hamza Serafi to step down from his executive position as Managing Director due to personal circumstances.

Serafi will continue to serve as a non-executive board member, the developer said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The request was submitted to the board on May 8, accepted on May 12, and became effective from the date of the board's decision.

 

According to data available on Argaam, Serafi was appointed a Managing Director for Makkah Construction in June 2023.
