Rawasi Albina board approves formation of Riyadh-based LLC

Rawasi Albina Investment Co.’s board of directors approved, on May 14, the establishment of a limited liability company (LLC) headquartered in Riyadh.

In a statement to Tadawul, Rawasi Albina said the new entity will act as the investment arm for its future plans and will be fully owned by the company.

 

The company added that any further developments on this matter will be disclosed in due course.
