Sukuk Aqaseem Factory 1 to debut on Tadawul on May 20

The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced that Aqaseem Factory for Chemicals and Plastics Co.’s Sukuk Aqaseem Factory 1 will be listed and commence trading on May 20, under the symbol 5022 and ISIN code SA16A00IEF37.

 

Additionally, the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) confirmed the allocation of Sukuk Aqaseem Factory 1 into eligible investors' accounts as of today, May 18.

According to data available with Argaam, Aqaseem recently completed Series One of its SAR-denominated sukuk issuance, worth SAR 50 million. A total of 6,600 investors subscribed to 108.336 sukuk, at a coverage ratio of 216.7%.
