Raydan shareholders elect board members for next term

Raydan Food Co.’s shareholders approved the election of board members from among the nominees for the upcoming four-year term, which begins on May 20, 2025, until May 19, 2029, during the ordinary general meeting held on May 20.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company confirmed the election of the following members to the board of directors: Nair Al-Sulami, Sultan Al-Howymel, Adil Siddiqi, Mazen Al-Harbi, and Abdullah Al-Darwish.
