Tanmiah reappoints Amr Al Dabbagh as Chairman, Jamal Al Dabbagh as Vice Chairman

Tanmiah Food Co.’s board of directors reappointed Amr Al Dabbagh as Chairman and Jamal Al Dabbagh as Vice Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Lamees Al Tuwaijri was appointed board secretary and other board committees were formed.

 

The audit committee includes Kamel Al Munajjed (Chairman), with Jamal Al Dabbagh, Nadir Qureshi and Vincent Carton as members.

 

The nomination and remuneration committee includes Zein Attar (Chairperson), Nadir Qureshi and Mohammed Jazeel (members).

 

Meanwhile, the technical committee consists of Vincent Carton (Chairman), Farha Aslam and Mohammed Jazeel (members).

 

The environmental, social and governance (ESG) committee comprises Hawazen Nassief (Chairperson), with Amr Al Dabbagh and Shahad Nejaim as members.
