ASG shareholders OK 6.5% cash dividend for 2024

Shareholders of ASG Plastic Factory Co. approved the board’s recommendation to distribute a cash dividend at 6.5% of capital, or SAR 0.65 per share, for 2024 in an extraordinary general meeting on May 27, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
