Sinad Holding receives full SAR 202M in land dispute ruling

Sinad Holding Co. said it has collected the full SAR 202 million from a legal claim against the seller of a North Riyadh land plot, following the cancellation of the title deed.

 

In a Tadawul filing, the company stated it received SAR 196.3 million today, completing the total amount after earlier collecting SAR 5.7 million in installments.

The full amount was recovered in execution of a court ruling requiring the seller to refund the SAR 202 million to Sinad Holding.

 

The company said the collected amount will positively impact its balance sheet and cash flows in Q2 2025.
