Retal reappoints Chairman, Vice Chairman

Retal Urban Development Co.’s board of directors decided, on May 28, to reappoint Abdullah Al-Fozan as Chairman and Fozan Al-Fozan as Vice Chairman.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that Husam Al Kaf was appointed as board secretary.

Additionally, the board formed the audit committee consisting of Abdul Rahman Al-Wabel, Jassim Al-Rumaihi and Muhammad Khokhar.

Meanwhile, the board approved the formation of the nominations and remuneration, as well as the executive committees.

They appointed the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), and the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) for matters related to the implementation of the Capital Market Law and its regulations.
