Arabian Drilling Co.’s (ADC) shareholders approved authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual basis for 2025.

Shareholders also approved the remaining agenda items, including transactions and contracts carried out in 2024 between the company and several related parties.

 

Arabian Drilling distributed SAR 240.3 million in cash dividends for 2024, representing 27% of capital, paid semi-annually at 13.5% per half-year, according to Argaam data.
