Al Battal Factory OGM OKs 6% cash dividend for 2024

Shareholders of Al Battal Factory for Chemical Industries Co. approved the board’s recommendation to pay a cash dividend at 6% of capital, or SAR 0.6 a share, for 2024, in an ordinary general meeting (OGM) on May 29, according to a statement to Tadawul.
