Shalfa inks SAR 11.4M contract to maintain, operate MODON assets in Jeddah

Shalfa Facilities Management Co. signed a contract with the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON) for the operation and maintenance of buildings and assets in Jeddah.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the 24-month contract was signed on June 1 at a value of SAR 11.4 million (VAT inclusive).

 

The scope of work includes the operation and maintenance of buildings and assets owned by MODON. This encompasses the operation services of buildings, factories, and unleased ready-built warehouses, in addition to the maintenance of assets, external facilities, and shared infrastructure within the industrial cities.

 

All works shall be executed in full compliance with the highest applicable international and local quality standards.

 

The financial impact is expected to commence during the second half of 2025, the statement added, noting that no related parties are participating in the deal.

 

According to data available on Argaam, Shalfa was awarded the project in April by MODON.
