KnowledgeNet board recommends no cash dividend for 2024

KnowledgeNet Co.'s board of directors recommended on June 1 to withhold dividends for 2024.

The decision aims to support the company’s future growth and cash flow, along with financing capital expansions, KnowledgeNet said in a statement to Tadawul.

The recommendation will be submitted for approval in the upcoming shareholder meeting.

 

The company last paid dividend for 2022 at 5% (SAR 0.5 per share), data compiled by Argaam showed.
