Shalfa says Tatweer Building amends project award value to SAR 258.7M

Shalfa Facilities Management Co. received a notice of amendment to the initial award letter from Tatweer Building Co., under the framework agreement for integrated facilities management services for school buildings and private institutes in Qassim area of the Central Region.

 

In a Tadawul filing, Shalfa said the contract value was adjusted to SAR 258.65 million, excluding VAT, down slightly from the original SAR 258.78 million.
