Time Entertainment’s shares to debut on Nomu on June 17

The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced that Time Entertainment Co. will start trading on the Nomu-Parallel Market as of June 17, with the symbol 9642 and ISIN Code SA16B184ML18.

 

The stock will trade with daily and static price fluctuation limits of +/-30% and +/-10%, respectively, according to a Tadawul statement today, June 15.

Separately, the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) said Time Entertainment’s subscribed securities were deposited today into the accounts of eligible shareholders.

 

According to Argaam’s data, Time Entertainment’s offered shares represented 20% of the company’s SAR 10 million-share capital, divided into one million shares.

 

The final IPO price was set at SAR 80 each in an offering that was 141.41% covered.
