Sure Global shareholders approve 15% cash dividend for 2024

Sure Global Tech Co.’s shareholders approved the board of directors’ recommendation to distribute a cash dividend for 2024 of SAR 1.5 per share, or 15% of capital, at the ordinary general meeting (OGM) on June 17, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
