2P signs SAR 87.2M contract with Ministry of Commerce

Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. (2P) signed today, June 22, a contract to operate the unified call center for the Ministry of Commerce at a total value of SAR 87.16 million, including VAT.

The contract has a duration of 36 months, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

It includes operating, preparing, and developing the ministry’s unified call center.

2P will assign a specialized team to manage inbound and outbound calls and oversee social media communication channels. The team will consist of professional staff to ensure smooth operations and fulfill all center requirements.

The project is expected to positively impact the company’s financials for 2025, 2026, 2027, and 2028.

There are no related parties to the deal, the statement added.

2P previously announced the project award on April 9, 2025, at the same value of nearly SAR 87.16 million, including VAT, according to Argaam’s data.
