Saudi Parts Center Co.’s shareholders elected board members for the upcoming four-year term ending on June 23, 2029, during an ordinary general meeting held on June 23.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the newly-elected board included Saad Al-Khorayef, Abdullah Al-Khorayef, David Henderson, Abdulrahman Alangari and Muath Almajed.

 

Meanwhile, shareholders authorized the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on an annual or semi-annual basis for 2025.
