Shareholders of Tabuk Agricultural Development Co. (TADCO) refused to approve the auditor’s report for 2024.

 

The decision was made in an ordinary general meeting held on June 24.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said shareholders reviewed and discussed the financial statements and the board report for 2024.

Meanwhile they approved appointing Alzoman, Alfahad & Alhajjaj Professional Services Co. as the company’s auditor to examine, review and audit the financial statements for Q2, Q3 and full year 2025, as well as Q1 2026, for a fee of SAR 603,750 (including VAT).
