Alqemam completes 2nd tranche of SAR 4M sukuk issue

Alqemam for Computer Systems Co. announced the completion of the second tranche of its SAR-denominated sukuk, via the electronic platform of Sukuk Capital Co., at a total value of SAR 4 million, according to a Tadawul statement.

The total number of sukuk stood at 4,000 based on the minimum subscription limit and the total issuance size, at a par value of SAR 1,000 each.

 

The company recently started issuing the second tranche of its SAR-denominated sukuk on June 25, at a total value of SAR 4 million, according to data available with Argaam.

 

The company announced its plan to issue SAR-denominated Murabaha sukuk, with the first tranche worth SAR 3 million issued on May 15, 2023.
