Lamasat shareholders approve 15% cash dividend for H2 2024

Lamasat Co.'s shareholders approved the board of directors’ recommendation to distribute a cash dividend for H2 2024 at SAR 0.15 per share, or 15% of capital, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The approval came during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on June 26.
