WSM secures SAR 5M credit facility from Emirates NBD

WSM for Information Technology Co. signed on June 30 a Shariah-compliant credit facility agreement with Emirates NBD for SAR 5 million, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The financing term is valid until June 21, 2026, with promissory notes as collateral.

 

The credit facility will be used to finance project contracts and issue final letters of guarantee.
 
There are no related parties involved, the statement added.
