Osool & Bakheet shareholders reject board pay, liability discharge for 2024

Shareholders of Osool & Bakheet Investment Co. voted against a proposed board remuneration of SAR 63,000 for 2024, the company said in a statement to Tadawul today, July 1.

They also refused to discharge board members from liabilities for the same period.

 

All other items on the meeting agenda were approved, according to the statement.
