Future Vision for Health Training Co. signed today, July 1, a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with INSEAD Business School as part of its efforts to collaborate with leading global academic institutions in higher education and research.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the MoU sets a general framework for cooperation between the two parties to deliver a range of training programs in the Kingdom. The initiative aligns with Future Vision’s strategy to partner with top international academic institutions to raise the quality of training and expand its offerings to various social segments.
The agreement supports Future Vision’s broader goal of contributing to human capital development and addressing labor market needs through specialized training programs.
The one-year MoU is renewable upon mutual agreement. The company noted that the deal does not involve any related parties.
The financial impact of the agreement is expected to begin materializing during 2025.
