AYYAN reappoints Faisal Al-Qahtani as Chairman, Al-Kassabi Vice-Chairman

AYYAN Investment Co.’s board of directors, in its meeting held on July 1, reappointed Faisal Al-Qahtani as Chairman of the board, and Abdulaziz Al-Kassabi as Vice-Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The board also formed the remuneration and nomination committee, including Abdul Aziz Al Shaikh, Faisal Al-Qahtani and Abdulaziz Al-Kassabi.

The investment and follow-up committee was formed, with Ayham Al-Yousef and Faisal Al-Qahtani as members.

The board further appointed the board secretary and the company’s representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), and the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) for all purposes related to the implementation of the Capital Market Law and its executive regulations.
