Al Jouf Cement says 3 board members resign

Al Jouf Cement Co. board of directors approved today, July 2, the resignations of three board members due to personal reasons, the company said in a statement to  Tadawul.

The resigned members are Abdullah Al Zunaidi, Abdulaziz Kaki, and Abdulkarim Al Nuhayer, whose board tenures began on Aug. 6, 2023.

 

The resignation was effective as of June 26, 2025, the statement added.
