Future Vision signs agreement to launch smart e-learning platform

Future Vision for Health Training Co. signed an agreement with Aliens Zone to establish an advanced smart e-learning and training platform, aimed at enhancing the company’s digital capabilities and developing its service offerings.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, Future Vision pointed out the value of the agreement exceeds 5% of its total revenue for the year 2024.

 

The agreement includes the design, development, and operation of an advanced educational platform that will provide e-learning and training services, content management, support for educational operations, and technical solutions to help the company achieve its goals in this field.

It noted that the agreement was signed on July 3, and will remain in effect for 24 months from the date of signing, subject to renewal upon mutual agreement between the parties.

 

The financial impact of the agreement is expected to appear in the fourth quarter of 2025, the company added, noting that there are no related parties involved in the deal.
