Osool & Bakheet gets CMA nod to begin arranging activity in securities

Osool & Bakheet Investment Co. said it received approval from the Capital Market Authority (CMA) to begin arranging activity in the securities business, effective July 6.
 
 

In November 2023, the company said the CMA had approved its request to amend its list of licensed activities to include arranging deals.

 

Following the amendment, Osool & Bakheet’s licensed activities include dealing, custodial, managing investments, and operating funds, as well as arranging in the securities business.
