ProMedEx inks SAR 15M deal with Finland’s Serres Oy

Professional Medical Expertise Co. (ProMedEx) signed a SAR 15 million agreement with Finnish firm Serres Oy to become the exclusive importer and distributor of its surgical fluid management products in Saudi Arabia, the company said in a statement on Tadawul.

 

Serres Oy develops, manufactures, and distributes products such as suction canisters and liners, which support more than 80,000 surgical procedures globally each day.

The contract takes effect on Aug. 17 and will remain valid for an initial 24-month period. It will be renewed automatically unless terminated under the terms of the agreement.

 

ProMedEx expects the deal to positively impact its financial results starting in early 2026, with total sales from Serres Oy products projected to reach around SAR 20 million over the next two years.

 

There are no related parties to the deal, ProMedEx added.
