Morabaha Marina Financing Co.’s (MRNA) board of directors reappointed Mohammed Al-Ghumlas as Chairman, and Salman Al-Asmari as Vice Chairman.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the board’s decision was made on July 7, while the company received the Saudi Central Bank’s (SAMA) non-objection letter on July 14.

 

In June, company shareholders approved the board members for the new three-year term, staring on June 27, 2025, Argaam earlier reported.
