Al Yamamah Steel inks SAR 68.7M contracts to supply wind towers

Al Yamamah Steel Industries Co. announced today, July 15, the signing of two contracts with SEPCOIII Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd. Branch, at a total value of SAR 68.66 million.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the first is contract is for supplying steel wind towers to Al Ghat Wind Farm at a value of SAR 35.70, while the second contract is for supplying steel wind towers to Waad Al Shamal Farm at a value of SAR 32.96 million.

The company also indicated that the term of the two contracts is six months, adding that the supplying to the project will start next August.

 

The related financial impact is expected to begin reflecting on the company’s financial statements in Q3 2025. There are no related parties to the deals.
