Lana bags two project contracts of SAR 57.1M from Health Ministry

Lana Medical Co. won, on July 15, two project contracts valued at SAR 57.1 million from the Ministry of Health, the company said in two separate statements to Tadawul.

 

The first project includes the collection and storage of hazardous healthcare waste in health centers, hospitals, and specialized centers in the Al-Jouf region and Al-Qurayyat Governorate. The contract is valued at SAR 53.5 million.

The second contract, valued at SAR 3.6 million, covers transferring medical waste from healthcare facilities to the Riyadh First Health Cluster.

 

The duration of both contracts is 60 months from the date of site receipt, and after the contracts are signed and approved by the Ministry of Finance, in accordance with the project documents, specifications, and bills of quantities.

 

The relevant financial impact will be reflected as of Q4 2025, the statement said, adding that the contracts have no related parties.

 

The two projects represent an important step in Lana’s strategy to expand its offering of integrated waste management solutions in the healthcare sector, with a focus on improving environmental service quality.
