Fourth Milling Co. (MC4) announced that the commitment period to the subsidized wheat price ended on July 12, 2025, according to a Tadawul statement.

This requirement was outlined in clause no. 3 of the wheat pricing policy issued by the General Food Security Authority (GFSA) – formerly Saudi Grains Organization (SAGO), under a decision made on June 7, 2020.

The company clarified that, as of now, it has not received any official communication from GFSA indicating changes to the existing subsidized wheat pricing policy.

Accordingly, government support will continue in line with the approved policies, unless otherwise announced.

MC4 reaffirmed its commitment to preserving the benefits of government support and maximizing its impact in alignment with national objectives.

Any updates or developments in this regard will be announced in due course, the statement said.
