Zahrat Al Waha for Trading Co. will hold an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on Aug. 10, to vote on amending Article 4 of the company’s Articles of Association, related to business objectives.

Shareholders will discuss adding engraving and photogravure on metal or plastic panels (zincograph), operation of bus stations, freight handling terminals, as well as truck stops, and freight forwarding agents as new business activities, according to a statement to Tadawul.
