Edaa implements capital increase for Mulkia Investment

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) implemented a capital increase for Mulkia Investment Co., with bonus shares deposited into the accounts of eligible shareholders today, July 20.

Mulkia Investment’s shareholders approved a 20% capital hike at an extraordinary general meeting on July 17, according to Argaam data. The increase was carried out through the issuance of one bonus share for every five held, following a recommendation by the board.
