Arab Sea signs contract with KAU Hospital

Arab Sea Information Systems Co. signed a contract on July 18 with King Abdulaziz University (KAU) Hospital for the managed services project to operate the computer.

In a Tadawul statement, the company said the contract is valued at SAR 17.24 million, including value-added tax (VAT).

 

The financial impact will be reflected in the financial statements from 2025 to 2028, Arab Sea said, noting that there are no related parties in the deal. According to data available with Argaam, Arab Sea received a notice from KAU Hospital for this 36-month project award.
