Naf floated 400,000 shares on Nomu. The offered shares represented 20% of the company’s post-IPO capital, amounting to SAR 20 million, divided into two million shares. The offering was nearly 111% covered.
The offering of Naf brought this year’s IPOs to 19 on Nomu, including one direct listing and 18 offerings to qualified investors.
Last year, Nomu witnessed 30 IPOs, including three direct listings and 27 offerings to qualified investors.
This listing brought the number of Nomu firms to 123, in addition to Alwaha REIT Fund.
The company was established in 2015 in Riyadh as a branch of a sole proprietorship under the name Naf Feed Factory for Industry Co. before being transformed into a closed joint-stock firm.
Its actual activity is the manufacturing and sale of feed products.
