MESC board forms executive, audit, remuneration committees

Middle East Specialized Cables Co.’s (MESC) board of directors, in its meeting held on July 20, approved the formation of the executive committee, audit committee as well as the nomination and remuneration committee, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 
 
The executive committee included Ali Al-Ghamdi, Mohammed Al-Namlah, Yahya Al-Qunaibit and Mohammed Al-Mutlaq.
 
Meanwhile, the audit committee comprised Hathal Al-Otaibi, Sulaiman Al-Namlah, and Mohammed Al-Ajmi.
 
Further, the elected members of the nomination and remuneration committee are Mohammed Al-Ajmi, Yahya Al-Qainbat, and Mohammed Al-Mutlaq.
