Smile Care opens second dental clinic in Riyadh

Basma Adeem Medical Co. (Smile Care) said it received a license from the Ministry of Health to open its second dental clinic branch, located in Riyadh’s Al-Malqa district on Prince Mohammed bin Saad bin Abdulaziz Road.

 

The company said in a statement to Tadawul that the new branch will begin operations and welcome visitors starting today, July 24, 2025, under the Smile Care name.

The opening aligns with the board’s expansion strategy to strengthen market presence, grow its customer base, and increase market share in the medical sector, while delivering sustainable returns to shareholders, the company added.

 

Smile Care expects the financial impact of the new branch to begin appearing in Q3 2025. It also affirmed its commitment to disclosing any material developments as they arise.
