SEDCO Capital announced the payment of a 2.9% cash dividend, or SAR 0.29 per unit, to unitholders of SEDCO Capital Multi Asset Traded Fund for the period from April 1, 2025, to June 30, 2025.

In a filing to Tadawul, the company added that the dividend payout ratio is 2.93% of the net asset value (NAV) as of June 30, 2025.

 

The fund manager confirmed that distributions will be made within a maximum of 90 business days from the distribution announcement date, in accordance with the terms and conditions memorandum.
