Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance Co. received today, July 30, the Insurance Authority approval pertaining to the appointment of Louay Nazer as Chairman, David Fletcher as Vice-Chairman, in addition to Tal Nazer as Managing Director, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The company also formed the board’s sub-committees, the statement added.

 

The Executive Committee includes Louay Nazer (Chairman), alongside with David Fletcher, Tal Nazer, and Nigel Sullivan.

 

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee comprises Huda Bin Ghoson (Chairwoman), Nigel Sullivan, and Yara Anabtawi.

 

The Investment Committee includes Osamah Shaker (Chairman), Tal Nazer, Nora Al-Sarhan, Andrew Bailey, and Adhwa Al-Abdulkarim.

 

The Risk Committee includes Martin Houston (Chairman), David Fletcher, Nader Ashoor, George Nazi, and Mashael Alshebaiky.

 

The Audit Committee comprises Ossama Banaja (Chairman), Khalil Al-Furaih, Younis Batook, and Abdullah Al-Ghamdi.
