Zahrat Al Waha shareholders approve new business activities

Zahrat Al Waha for Trading Co.’s shareholders, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Aug. 10, approved an amendment to Article 4 of the company’s articles of association.

 

Article 4 outlines the company’s business objectives, according to a statement on Tadawul said.

 

According to data available with Argaam, the newly added business activities include engraving and photogravure on metal or plastic panels (zincograph), operation of bus stations, freight handling terminals, as well as truck stops, and freight forwarding.
